What to write about
Corrections. If we published something inaccurate, tell us which article and what is wrong. Include a source if you have one. We take these seriously and fix them quickly.
Questions about an article. If something was unclear, we want to know, because it usually means the article needs rewriting rather than that you missed something.
Advertising and partnerships. Write with your company name and what you have in mind. Note that we do not sell editorial coverage or paid placement inside articles.
Privacy requests. To request access to or deletion of your personal data, write with the subject line «Privacy Request» and describe what you are asking for.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give you personal financial, legal, tax, insurance or medical advice, recommend a specific product for your situation, review your policy or contract, or intervene with a bank, insurer or government agency on your behalf. We are a publisher, not an advisor, and answering those questions would require a license we do not hold.
